• We currently accept payment methods displayed on the checkout page, including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
• The availability of Cash on Delivery may depend on the customer’s location, order value, product eligibility, or other applicable conditions.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and other information required to process your order.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or charges included or applicable to your purchase as displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to process and deliver orders within the estimated delivery timelines communicated on the Site.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, product availability, courier/logistics service, weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed over to the applicable delivery partner, delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect the estimated delivery time.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

All returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are subject to SNAYKE’s Refund and Returns Policy.

Eligible return or replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the applicable conditions stated in the Refund and Returns Policy.

Products that are damaged, misprinted, defective, or broken may be eligible for replacement if the issue is reported within 7 days from the date of delivery and the applicable verification requirements are satisfied.

For eligible returns, the returned product may be subject to quality inspection.

Once an eligible return is approved and the returned product successfully passes the applicable quality inspection, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

This refund timeline applies to both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

6. Intellectual Property
